president - Allen Nash
Alan attended Oklahoma State University and has been a CFI, cargo pilot in Aero Commanders, and regional pilot for both Trans States and SkyWest where he flew ERJ145s and CRJs. He is currently a 737 Captain in Houston and is married with two young children. He enjoys fixing and making things in his workshop including cars and various welding and machining projects. He enjoys being a part of the club because it allows him to take interesting vacations with his family.
vice-president/Director of Safety - Mark Bolleter
Mark was recently elected as a Vice President of the KCXO Flying Club. His duties will include: Special Events Coordinator, and be the Maintenance Manager for the 172/182 Aircraft, and any other duties assigned to him by the Board and/or President.
Mark has been a club member since 2018. He is a B756 CA for a major US Airline. He holds an ATP AMEL, Typed in ATR 42/72, B737, B757, B767, B777, and A 320. He has Commercial Privileges for ASEL, ASES, and Glider. He has a CFI, II, MEI, AGI, and IGI, an A&P Mechanic. He has an AS- Aircraft Maintenance Technology, BS -Professional Aviation, and MS - Aviation Safety. He is retired from the LA. Air National Guard and has held various enlisted and officer positions over his 21 year career. Mark plans to transition to the B777 and will be based in SFO in the near future.
vice-president/ Chief Pilot - Kevin Fruehwirth
Originally from California, but that was 10 states ago. Kevin currently lives in the Woodlands and is a captain on the 737. He is a current CFI and has been flying since the age of 17. His hobbies include any and all things aviation, from building and flying model airplanes to working on his goal of visiting every airplane museum on the planet.
Treasurer - Cody Tallina
Born and raised in the greater Houston area, Cody has been the Treasurer for the Club since July of 2021. He is currently a SFO based 320 First Officer but will be switching to the 756 based in Houston very soon. Prior to the airlines, Cody instructed for ATP flight school then transitioned to flying corporate. He is typed on the LRJET, HS-125, BE400/MU300, EMB175 and the A319/320. Cody has instructed numerous club members kids to their Private Licenses within the club and still continues to enjoy instructing when given the opportunity. When not flying, you can find him on the water fishing, or in the woods hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
